Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an RMA & Inventory Control Coordinator to join their client's team in California. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing customer returns and entering RMA data into the system.
  • Receiving and inspecting returned materials to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records through adjustments, reconciliation, and coordination with operations and accounting departments.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient handling of returned materials.
  • Ensuring all processes adhere to company standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required.
  • 2 years of experience in RMA and inventory management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with major online retailers like Amazon, The Home Depot, and Walmart is beneficial.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 1st shift.
